Excellence Student Prize Presentation Ceremony

566 Arabic School students nationwide who sit in this year's Primary School Assessment Examination, PSR, have obtained Grades A to C in each subject, which was 98.26 per cent, an increase of 1.14 per cent from last year.

The Arabic Preparatory School Bandar Seri Begawan, Ma'had Islam Brunei, Belait Arabic School and Temburong Arabic School achieved 100 percent excellence, grades A to C in every subjects. While 173 students received 5A excellent result.

Awang Haji Rusli bin Haji Md. Salleh, Assistant Director of Corporate Services, Department of Islamic Studies stated the matter during the Haflut Takharruj ceremony for Year 6 Students and the Prize Presentation for Excellent Students of the Arabic Preparatory School, Bandar Seri Begawan, yesterday morning.

281 students of the school received certificates and student excellent prizes. The ceremony aimed to give recognition to the students who obtained excellence in academics, as an incentive to the students and motivate other students in order to further enhance the academic efforts and achievements from time to time. The ceremony took place at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Arabic Girls' Secondary School in Kampung Katok.
