Officers and Manpower as ‘Succession Planning’ Filler

Also deliberated was the issue of Succession Planning raised by Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohimin bin Haji Johari @ Jahari. According to Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Mokti, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office explained that the CSLP Flagship programmes have been carried out such as the Youth Executive Programme, YEP, Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers, EDPMMO and Executive Development Program for Senior Government Officers, EDPSGO.

Yang Berhormat said that the programmes aimed to produce officers or manpower as succession planning fillers planned for each ministry.

Meanwhile, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy also explained on GLC Succession Planning, where GLC local staff under the Darussalam Asset is amounting to 85 percent.
