Every agency, whether government or private, needs to work together with the 'Whole of Government' and 'Whole of Nation' approaches in increasing concern for the youth in providing holistic guidance so that the youths become a resilient and responsible generation. In return, the youths are also hoped to have a positive mind-set, self-confidence, dynamic, creative, innovative and responsible to support the aspirations of Wawasan Brunei 2035.

Through the project run by the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, the youths have an opportunity to contribute to move the country and the nation to the current of sustainable development and progress.
