The Sengkurong Library of the Language and Literature Bureau held a Welfare Campaign in conjunction with World Book Day. In conjunction with the month of Ramadhan, public wishing to donate clothes, staple food, books and stationeries, can send their donations at the Library until 14th of April.

Acceptance of donations is from 8 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon. The distribution will be held from 20th to 23rd of April, while the distribution in the form of food and stationeries will be sent directly to the homes of registered aid recipients in the Mukim Sengkurong area.
