Weather condition over Brunei Darussalam is forecasted to be active starting yesterday until the 28th of February 2023 with occasional heavy and thundery showers affecting many areas of the country.

In the latest weather warning shared by the Weather Forecast Centre, Meteorology Department, windy condition with gusts of up to 45 km/h can also occur especially during the crossing of heavy showers over the country.

Over Brunei waters, sea condition is generally at moderate state, with wave height of 1 to 1.8 metre. However, sea condition is forecasted to be at rough state, with wave height up to 3.5 metres especially over the offshore areas starting 25th February until 2nd March 2023. Rough sea condition is dangerous to small boat operations, sea recreational activities and sports.
