The Minister of Health also shared the vaccination of children aged 5 to 11 will commence on Saturday, 2nd of April 2022, subject to the sighting of new moon of Ramadhan 1443 Hijrah. If the new moon of Ramadhan is sighted, the vaccination of children aged 5 to 11 will begin on Monday, 4th of April 2022.

Booking of vaccination slots for children aged 5-11 through the BruHealth application will start on Friday, 1st April 2022 at 12 noon. Members of the public especially parents and guardians are reminded to create and complete the authentication process for their children's accounts in the BruHealth application in preparation for the vaccination.

The Ministry of Health also informed that the management of the Health Advice Line 148 will be transferred under Talian Darussalam 123, E-Government National Centre starting tomorrow, 1st of April 2022. Members of the public can still contact the Health Advice Line 148 for any queries related to COVID-19. Any calls made to the Health Advice Line 148 will be automatically transfer to Talian Darussalam 123.

For the movement restriction carried out from 12 midnight to 4 in the morning, 4 violations of the directive nationwide were issued with compound fines, in which all of it were violations of the directive to stay at home. Meanwhile, commencing 1st Ramadhan 1443 Hijrah, the daily media conference on the Latest COVID-19 Situation in Brunei Darussalam will be held at 2 in the afternoon every working days and at 4:00 in the afternoon every Friday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
