The Tunas Project is a growth of entrepreneurship programmes provided to asnaf and targeted groups under the Human Capital Development Programme through the initiative of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, BIBD.

The project provided retail space in the Ministry of Home Affairs building as an incubator for business development for entrepreneurs under the cooperation of the Government's Whole of Nation Approach and BIBD through various Entrepreneurship Development Programmes. It is also a practice on how far the training can be utilized in real transactions in order to achieve success.
