The Two Al-Quran Memorizers

The desire and love of Al-Quran since childhood made two Al-Quran memorizers with disabilities from Indonesia have special skills and are able to memorize the 30 chapters of Al-Quran. Although they have physical abnormalities, it is not an obstacle for them to use Al-Quran as a life guidance.

Growing up with cerebral palsy, 12-year-old Muhammad Naja Hudia Afifurrahman Agustian started memorizing Al-Quran since he was 8 years old. Duirng an interview, Muhammad Naja Hudia shared how Al-Quran has changed his life despite having physical disabilities.

While Nur Shahwa Syakhila Muhammad Sabhan said that with her condition of not being able to see as a result of an illness that had befallen her since she was 3 months old, did not weaken her spirit to become a memorizer of Al-Quran. She explained that with the help of her parents and the method of listening to the recitation of Al-Quran, she was able to memorize 30 chapters of Al-Quran at the age of 10.
