In the afternoon, two working papers were tabled during the “Towards Sustainable and Resilient Future Together” seminar. It took place at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.

Present, Dayang Aldila binti Haji Mohamad Salleh, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Development. The first paper among other matters touched on non-communicable diseases as the leading cause of death in Brunei Darussalam. Meanwhile the second paper touched on the need to ensure Older Persons in Brunei Darussalam are empowered and given equal opportunities, rights and access.
