​Throughout 5 decades, the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital in Kuala Belait underwent transformation in various aspects of services and provision of facilities, with the aim to provide high quality, effective and efficient medical services.

Operating since 3rd of October 1972, the hospital can initially accommodate only 185 beds. Now, the hospital has 13 wards with 222 beds, and expands its services in various fields of expertise.

In conjunction with the hospital’s Golden Jubilee, various activities have been lined up to further enliven the celebration such as the Family Carnival Day; blood donation campaign; health screening; Khatam Al-Quran ceremony and sports tournament planned for next year.
