In conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 75th birthday celebration, and as part of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman's efforts to promote the Omani Culture in Brunei Darussalam as well as further strengthening the people to people relations, yesterday morning, saw the launching of the Al-Khalil bin A?mad Al-Farahidi Publications Corner. The function took place at the Language and Literature Bureau in Bandar Seri Begawan.
The launch was officiated by Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The corner contains some 200 publications on the Sultanate of Oman.
