Following the viral images since the 18th of April 2020 on items belonging to the Brunei Darussalam customers at the neighbouring country post office, the Minister of Transport and Infocommunications explained on the solution.
Yang Berhormat added that bilateral talk between Brunei Darussalam Postal Services and Malaysian Post has authorised the Postal Services to be the representative for parcel collection at Miri and Limbang Post Offices, on behalf of the recipients in the country. Those wishing to receive their parcel or item through the Postal Services can fill in a declaration form available at the website at www.pos.gov.bn slash parcel. The items will be process through Mail Processing Centre, Old Airport in Berakas. To facilitate the delivery and collection of items purchased online from abroad, members of the public are advised to use their address in Brunei Darussalam. The items will be handled with care.
