Signing Of Memorandum of Understanding

The Institute of Brunei Technical Education, IBTE, aims to become a dynamic educational institution that is capable to develop locally and internationally. Among the efforts implemented towards realising the hope is to establish strategic and effective joint ventures with industry, communities and foreign parties. Recently, IBTE has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MOU, with the Yunus Emre Institute, Turkiye. The MOU will strengthen ties between both institutions through the development of academic exchange and cooperation in teaching, training, research and supervision.

Signing of behalf of IBTE was its Chief Executive Officer, Doctor Haji Mohd Zamri bin Haji Sabli. While, Yunus Emre Institute was signed by the institute's President, Professor Seref Ates. Present was His Excellency Professor Doctor Hamit Ersoy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkiye. Turkish language course is expected to be conducted as part of the collaboration with IBTE which will commence at the end of this month until August 2023. The signing ceremony was held at the School of Aviation, IBTE Sultan Saiful Rijal Campus.
