The Youth and Sports Department through the Tutong and Temburong Youth Centres held the 'Serumpun DUA Daerah Reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil Ceremony', 11th November night. The virtual ceremony, the first of its kind was managed by IMPAK Youth Tutong Movement in collaboration with the 'Kelab Belia Permata Hijau' in conjunction with the Day of Action campaign.

122 people took part in the event including Members of the Legislative Council and Awang Ajmin bin Haji Meludin, Acting Tutong District Officer. The function included the reading of Surah Yasin, Tahlil, and Doa Allah Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam.
