The law can be complex and challenging. In this regard, the Second Law Seminar may help in bridging the gap of understanding and imparting knowledge in legal matters. Speaking at the Opening Ceremony of the Second Law Seminar, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office explained that the Government of His Majesty needs civil servants to always remain relevant to the demands and changes at the national level and aware on current global issues.

Various legal topics were presented throughout the seminar. Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Ahmad bin Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Bakti Di-Raja Dato Laila Utama Haji Awang Isa, Attorney General in his closing speech stated that the collaboration between the Prime Minister’s Office and the Attorney General’s Chambers indicated Attorney General’s Chambers commitment in ensuring the Government of His Majesty’s’ ministries and agencies are given support and robust legal advice.

The two-day seminar is organized together the Security, Enforcement and Law Division and the Office of Information Technology and Innovation of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Attorney General’s Chamber.
