The Road Safety National Council, MKKJR yesterday morning held a Road Safety Awareness Programme briefing for government sector. It aimed to disseminate and further enhance drivers and road user's awareness as well as understanding on the importance of road safety.
Among the matters highlighted including accident statistics, driving ethics and regulations presented by Awang Haji Mohammad Syafien bin Yandol from the MKKJR's Secretariat. The briefing attended by the staff of Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications, departments under it and related authorities was among the initiative programme under Strategic Outcome Brunei Darussalam Road Safety Strategic Plan 2025. A similar briefing will be held to target 20 thousand people in public and private sectors. The briefing was held at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications.
