The Regional Training Programme on "Conducting an Impact Evaluation of Education" organised by the SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre aims to equip participants with explanations of various definitions, including considerations in handling any evaluation. The 5-day training was officiated yesterday morning at the centre.

Awang Alias bin Haji Abu Bakar, Director of SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre in his welcoming remarks shared that the training programme is vital for those involved in a project and intervention that has potential and highly impacts the participants aside from having the possibility of replicating it in other programmes. Some 24 participants comprising Technical and Vocational Education and Training teachers, researchers, and managers from SEAMEO Member Countries is attending the training programme.
