Quality teachers have a direct impact on their students, as they have the ability to spur the country’s transformation, and ensure that it can be carried out effectively. According to some teachers, this year’s Teacher’s Day theme ‘Guru Berkualiti Pemacu Transformasi Pendidikan’ or Quality Teachers Spur Educational Transformation highlighted the importance of teacher’s role in educational transformation, and that teachers are catalysts for the student’s development.
