In conjunction with the Public Service Department's Golden Jubilee, the department is organising a Customer Day for 3 days which is held until this Monday.
The Public Service Department's Customer Day showcases the department's role and responsibility in enhancing excellence of public services. The department also plays a role in developing the use of technology and innovation in the provision of services and further ensure good public governance. Aside from that, the Public Service Department continues to strive to create integrity, taking into account the interests of the public and stakeholders to deliver excellent services based on moral principles and Work Ethics in the Public Service.
