Initiatives towards increasing the country's output, especially in the agriculture and agri-food industry, have been and are actively implemented to encourage more involvement of local entrepreneurs. In an interview with RTB, the Acting Director of Agriculture and Agri-Food shared that the initiatives conducted by the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism through the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food have successfully attracted the involvement of youth entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector as an income generating career.

With these initiatives, it can directly produce young agricultural entrepreneurs who are committed, progressive and productive in contributing towards enhancing a more rapid and sustainable economic growth in order to achieve Wawasan Brunei 2035.
