The Photography Contest in conjunction with 39th National Day Celebration organised by the Language and Literature Bureau through the Research, Documentation and Recognition Division is one of the efforts to increase the participation of local photography enthusiasts in producing interesting photos. A Prize Presentation Ceremony for the contest was held yesterday morning at Balai Sarmayuda, Language and Literature Bureau, Berakas.

On hand to present the prizes was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office for Civil Service Governance. Three categories were competed namely Category A, using DSLR Camera; Category B, using mobile phone or Tablet and the Special Category. 128 photos from 80 participants were submitted in the contest which also aims to express the creativity of the community through the art of photography.
