Presentation of the paper titled 'Divine Vaccine in the Face of Uncertainty' by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Dr Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti, explained, Divine Vaccine is in the form of zikir, prayers and verses of the Quran, which is fully believed to be able to withstand uncertainty.

The uncertainty meant, according to Yang Berhormat, are things that have to do with the 'spiritual' such as restless soul, restless heart, restlessness, fear, doubt, panic, insecurity, despair and others that are not easy to treat.

According to the State Mufti, the Divine Vaccine namely 'Zikrullah' is great. It is able to master and treat internal diseases of uncertainty, even external diseases.

The National Counselling Conference 2022 continued yesterday afternoon with the speech from Raes of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB. Dr. Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, among others, advised counsellors to use an Islamic approach apart from the concept that counselling should be based on faith. The presentation continued with a Workshop titled 'Counselling Based on Religious SOPs and Vaccines'.
