'The Philippines is also a good place for women to work in the digital realm,' Ridao said, recognizing the country's big digital space for women and the tremendous support from the communities. Del Rosario, meantime, serves as the Department of Budget and Management's (DBM) Information and Communications Technology Group and Chief Information Officer. She spearheads the DBM's digitalization initiatives, including the reinstitution of the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS).
