The welfare and well-being of participants involved in the National Day celebration remain a priority of the celebration's committee. This includes the preparation of food and drinks. Yesterday, RTB's crew had the opportunity to take a closer look at the food and drink preparation as well as distribution at the open area of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex.

This year, 14 food service and supplier companies have been approved to provide approximately 24,000 food and drinks since rehearsals began on the 11th February until the National Day itself. On National Day, food and drinks will be provided as early as 6:30 in the morning at 4 locations namely the open area of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex; 2 locations at the Lapau as well as at Tamu Selera.
