The Outreach Programme was introduced to provide trainings to civil servants outside the district who do not have the opportunity to attend the programme at the Civil Service Institute, IPA. The two-day programme was attended by more than 90 civil servants working in Tutong District and Belait District. The programme took place yesterday morning at a hotel in Kuala Belait.

The programme also improves knowledge and skills that can be applied such as best practices and methods that can be implemented in the organisation. In addition, it will be able to increase motivation through the ability of the methods it possesses in order to achieve productivity and brought about changes in the organisation that are effective and efficient.
