A foreign woman has allegedly violated Provisions under Section 15(1) of the Immigration Act and Regulations Chapter 17, which is overstaying in the country after the Immigration Pass expired.

The worker was detained during the ‘Operasi Tumpas’ at the business premise in Mukim Belait and was brought to the Law Enforcement Division, Belait District Branch for investigation and further action. Meanwhile, the employer was ordered to report to the division.
