Following the press release of the Prime Minister's Office on the update of the Transition Phase under the National COVID-19 Recovery Framework which will begin on 19th November, the Ministry of Finance and Economy in its press release informed that starting Saturday, 20th November, 2021, the operating hours for service counters at the Ministry as well as the departments under it are Monday to Thursday and Saturday, from 8:30 in the morning to 12 noon.

The public must make an advance booking by contacting the lines or email addresses, which is, to book an appointment slot, via telephone line or email at the Treasury Department as stated.

For slot bookings at the Royal Customs and Excise Department are as stated.

While for bookings at the Department of Economic Planning and Statistics, slot bookings can be made by calling the telephone lines or email as shown.

Meanwhile, the public must adhere to the guidelines set when entering the Departments and Divisions at the Ministry, which are, must complete two doses of vaccination, have a green or yellow BruHealth code, bring the original smart Identity Card, have body temperature check and scan the QR Code before enter the building, wear a face mask and always practice physical distancing.
