The Department of Town and Country Planning, Ministry of Development has launched the online service payment for several services offered to the public. The launching was among the activity in conjunction with this year’s World Town Planning Day celebration with the theme“Optimising ICT for Planning in a new Paradigm”.  

The service with One Common Billing System OCBS platform is introduced to facilitate the Law Firms, Licensed Land Surveyors companies and the public to make payment without dealing to the department counter. The project is jointly implemented by the Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy and BIBD as well as the Baiduri Bank through alternative method of BIBD NextGen Wallet and Baiduri Mobile App. Among the service offered are the application for Consolidation or Subdivision of Land and Strata; application for Planning and Development information, iPK; Purchase of Books, Guidelines and Planning Plans through the TCPe-Storebn system; and Compound Payments under Chapter 58, TCPO 2015
