Whereas the Day of Action in Belait District include the online dance tuition for Jipin Laila Sembah that began since last October.

The event is conducted by the PEMBELA Association. According to studies, the Jipin Laila dance was believed to be influenced by cultures that are synonymous to the presence of Arab traders in Borneo.
