Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam yesterday morning held a virtual cooking demonstration which is one of the activities in conjunction with the Brunei December Festival 2021. The activity was organised by the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism.

Joining the cooking demonstration was Her Excellency Jeanette Adele Stovel, the High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam. As people are encouraged to stay at home, Radisson Hotel has found a way to engage with social-distancing participants through the virtual cooking demonstration with Mary Grace, Radisson Hotel's Pastry Chef. Participants were guided and provided with helpful tips on how to make an iconic Canadian confection.
