At the media conference, the Minister of Health stated that 87.5 per cent of the total population have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 67.9 per cent of the total population completed two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Ministry of Health reminded the public, especially those who have not obtained the COVID-19 vaccination and hoping to obtain it before the Transition Phase commences on the 19th of November 2021, they can acquire it at any vaccination centres via walk-in basis according to the pre-arranged schedules. Employers are also reminded to ensure each of their employees has obtained a complete vaccination before the Transition Phase commences.

The 'Operasi Pulih' carried out recently from 8 in the evening until 4 in the morning, saw 13 violations of the directive nationwide issued with compound fines, whereby 11 of them are violations of the out-of-house restriction.
