Brunei Darussalam and Thailand bilateral relation is marked with close cooperation in various fields including agriculture, education, defence, health and trade. The matter was stated by Her Excellency Boosara Kanchanalai, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand (Designate) to Brunei Darussalam at the Reception on the Occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand. The event was held on 24th November night, in a hotel in Gadong.
Present to represent the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. In her speech, Her Excellency also stated that Thailand appreciated the active and valuable contribution of Brunei Darussalam during Thailand’s chairmanship of APEC.
