Bandar seri begawan: Over 30 new converts from all four districts participated in the Musabaqah Al-Qur’an Reading and Lazim Verses Memorisation and its Understanding for new converts across the nation. This musabaqah was held at the Islamic Da’wah Centre.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the two-day event commenced on the morning of October 7th, featuring 25 participants who showcased their reading skills. On the following day, 11 participants are set to compete in the memorisation and understanding category. Organised by the Muallaf Development Division (Tarbiyah Muallaf) of the Islamic Da’wah Centre, this musabaqah aims to encourage the reading and memorisation of common verses as part of daily practice.
