12 participants of the 198th Muallaf Basic Guidance Scheme were feted at a Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation Ceremony yesterday afternoon at the Da'wah Unit Office in Kuala Belait.

Certificates were presented by Dayang Juliana @ Siti Shatirah binti Haji Jailani, Religious Development Officer who was representing the Head of the Belait District Da'wah Unit. The scheme aimed to enhance the new convert's understanding on Islam.
