Next was the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye on Cultural Cooperation. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports on behalf of the Government of His Majesty, and His Excellency Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Culture and Tourism on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Türkiye.

The Memorandum of Understanding will facilitate and encourage mutual cooperation in the fields of music, theatre, archives, libraries, museums, cultural heritage, dance, visual arts, film, copyright, folk-crafts, decorative and applied arts, circus and other artistic forms.
