The reopening of all mosques for Friday Prayer is held in accordance with health control procedures towards preventing the spread of COVID-19 among the community. Officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Royal Brunei Police Force and Royal Brunei Armed Forces as well as mosque takmir committee, volunteers and mosque youths are responsible for checking the bookings made through the BruHealth app before entering the mosque compound.

Officials must ensure that congregants wear face masks and bring along their own prayer mats. They will also conduct body temperature checks and ensure congregants follow the social distancing marks. Mosque congregants expressed their gratitude to Allah the Almighty for being able to perform the Friday Prayer according to the set SOP's.
