The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the departments under it together with its strategic partners comprised of associations and the non-governmental organisations in community, youths, sports and culture sectors held the Online Maulidur Rasul Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam celebration.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah led by Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The ceremony also highlighted with the reading of Al- Quran verses and dikir Marhaban. A talk titled "Rasulullah Kekasih Allah, Kekasihku Dunia Akhirat" was delivered by Awang Muhammad Naqib bin Haji Awang, the Islamic Da'wah Centre Officer. The function was joined by more than 450 people.
