The 31st Executive Development Programme for Middle Management Officers, EDPMMO, organised by Universiti Teknologi Brunei in collaboration with the Civil Service Department, Prime Minister's Office held a workshop to strengthen the marketability of the middle aged group in an effort to reduce unemployment in the country. The two-day workshop was held at the Civil Service Institute.

Eleven jobseekers took part in the workshop which focused on participants aged 33 to 44. During the workshop, they were given exposure in improving knowledge from various aspects as well as motivational briefings and sharing sessions presented by members of the Legislative Council. The workshop, conducted by the participants of the 31st EDPMMO Programme, is a joint effort to give attention and care for the welfare of the community as well as part of the efforts in realising the 'Whole of Government Approach' and 'Whole of Nation Approach' in supporting the implementation of Wawasan Brunei 2035.
