Bandar Seri Begawan: The Empowering Single Mothers Project has been introduced to provide employment opportunities for single mothers, enabling them to achieve financial independence and improve their quality of life. This initiative was launched as part of the 31st Cohort of the Executive Development Programme for Senior Government Officers, organised by the Civil Service Institute.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the project has garnered support from Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD), which is dedicated to fostering inclusive communities and enhancing social well-being. This initiative aligns with BIBD’s Sustainability Framework, which underscores the significance of promoting a sustainable and inclusive society.
