His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council attended the Post-Mortem Meeting for the Islamic Solidarity Games, 5th ISG 2021 held in Konya, Republic of Turkiye. The meeting took place on 24th October morning, at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

In his welcoming remarks, Yang   Berhormat   Dato   Seri   Setia   Awang   Haji   Nazmi bin   Haji   Mohamad, Minister Of Culture, Youth And Sports stated that the Islamic Solidarity Games is very important towards increasing Islamic unity, promoting Islamic identity in sports and help reduce discrimination against Muslims.

The meeting also heard the report on the Islamic Solidarity Games by Dayang Umi Kalthum binti Haji Abdul Karim, the Chef de Mission. Her report, among other things gave some suggestions to improve the athletes’ achievements.
