In conjunction with International Women’s Day 2022, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports through the Department of Community Development, JAPEM and Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB held the First Interactive Programme virtually. The programme focused on women’s psychological, spiritual and mental health well-being.

Joining it was Yang Berhormat Dayang Khairunnisa binti Awang Haji Ash’ari, MEMBER of the Legislative Council. The programme included a forum titled “Self-Care: You Can’t Pour From An Empty Cup”. The forum aimed to encourage women and the general public about self-care in the era of the new normals. More than 240 people participated.
