The Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB was crowned as champion of the Gulingtangan Chancellor Cup, organised by Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD.

4 higher education institutions took part in the condition. Second place went to Universiti Teknologi Brunei, while UBD placed third. Prizes were presented by Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Vice Chancellor of UBD.
