The Get-Together Ceremony with Citizens and Residents of Brunei Muara District in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 76th birthday celebration will take place this Sunday, 24th July. To ensure the smooth running of the event, a full rehearsal was held yesterday morning at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar 'Ali Saifuddien in the capital. This year's performance will involve over 200 participants comprising youths, senior citizens, differently-abled individuals and school students.

Observing the rehearsal was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs as Chairman of the National Committee for His Majesty's 76th Birthday Celebration. This year's special performance is based on the concept of the Monarch's wise leadership in building the civilisation of race that reflects the unity between the King and the citizens, along with application of cultural values and customs.
