Over 200 restaurants are participating in the Food Judging Activities. Organised by the Brunei Food Awards, BFA, more restaurants are expected to be evaluated this month before the official Brunei Food Award ceremony in December, depending on the COVID-19 situation in the country. The judging was held yesterday afternoon at I-Lotus Restaurant in Kampung Rimba.
This year two special judges are appointed for the food judging, His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Hashil bin Rashid Al-Maskari, The Dean of Diplomatic Corps and The Ambassador of Sultanate of Oman in Brunei Darussalam and His Excellency Ajaneesh Kumar, the High Commissioner of India in Brunei Darussalam. BFA recognises and formally awards the best dishes for local and international cuisines across all the four districts.
