The involvement of volunteers and youths in several activities during the Day of Action Campaign shows a positive and encouraging progress. This can be seen during the Launching of the Day of Action Campaign in conjunction with the International Volunteer Day Celebration 2022 recently.

Among lined-up was an appreciation to volunteers registered in the “Mengalinga” application which saw individual volunteers ‘Trailblazers’ and organizational volunteers ‘Highflyers’ who were each registered in the application occupying the top ten ranks. Since its launch during the 16th National Youth Day Celebration last year, 838 individuals and 137 organizations are registered in the “Mengelinga” application with over 300 registered projects in search of volunteers. Aside from providing opportunities to offer various volunteering activities, the digital application also provides easy access and information to the community about volunteering projects held in the country.
