Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with the birthday celebration of Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri, the Group of the Wives of Cabinet Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretaries, and Allied Members organized a Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony, Sunat Hajat Prayer, and Doa Kesyukuran. The ceremony was held on the afternoon of October 6th at the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar and Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Datin Hajah Dayang Nahriah binti Haji Awang Hasbi, who is the Wife of the Minister of Religious Affairs and serves as Chairperson Two of the Wives Group. This was followed by the reading of Khatam Al-Quran, the Sunat Hajat Prayer, and Doa Kesyukuran.
