The cooperation of parents and guardians is needed to help achieve 80 per cent of the national vaccination rate by providing permission and support for their children aged between 12 and 17 to attend the National Vaccination Programme by following every school’s schedule and adhering to SOPs as well as guidelines disseminated by the respective schools. Through these efforts, it is hoped to be able to protect children and students in the country from COVID-19 and further enable them to attend school when the schools open in stages.
