12 bottles of alcoholic drinks, 12 sticks of cigarettes and paraphernalia believed to be used for drug abuse were found during an inspection by personnel of the Bangar Police Station, Royal Brunei Police Force at the Kampung Semamang, Jalan Batang Duri, Temburong District.

Following the incident that occurred on the 18th of October 2021, a 29 -year -old permanent resident man was arrested. The Royal Customs and Excise Department RCED and the Narcotics Control Bureau NCB were contacted for action and investigation. The suspect was then taken to the Sports Village Quarantine Center, Berakas to undergo 2 weeks quarantine before the investigation of the case continued.
