Business Continuity Plan Is Needed, Counter Services Using Various Methods

During the transition phase, Business Continuity Plan, BCP is still needed although the country enters endemic phase. However, it is subject to the situation from time to time. This was explained by the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy during the question and answer session with the media.

According to Yang Berhormat, BCP is likely to continue until the early endemic phase. Office capacity is limited to 50 per cent so that social distancing can be implemented.

Touching on the reopening of counter services during the transition phase starting 19th November, the Minister of Home Affairs explained that methods such as dropbox and services will be increased as the transition phase begin.
