Following the announcement of the Endemic Phase under the National COVID-19 Recovery Framework which will commence today, 15th December 2021, Brunei Darussalam Central Bank, BDCB, informed the revised operational hours.

BDCB is open from Monday to Thursday from 7:45 in the morning to 12:15 noon and 1:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. On Friday, it is open from 8:00 to 11:30 in the morning and resumed from 2:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon. BDCB Coin Deposit Machine will be operational from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 11:00 in the morning and 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon. Meanwhile on Friday, it is open from 8:30 to 10:00 in the morning.

Currency Gallery and Gift Shop is opened by appointment only from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning and 2:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon. For Friday, it is open from 8:30 to 11 in the morning. To book an appointment, contact 8372186. The Credit Bureau, Financial Consumer Issues and Unclaimed Balance Service Counters are opened for appointment only, on Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 11:30 in the morning and 2:00 till 4:30 in the afternoon. On Friday, it is opened from 8:15 to 11:00 in the morning. To book an appointment, contact 7372369.
